• Ensure confidentiality and security of all sensitive data and documents.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with teachers and administrators to gather necessary information for data entry.
• Perform regular audits of data to verify accuracy and completeness.
• Provide general administrative support as needed, including answering phones and greeting visitors.
• Assist in the training of new staff on data entry procedures and software usage.
