• Define and evolve moderation and trust & safety vision and roadmap.
• Build and lead a high-performance, distributed moderation team.
• Own and evolve moderation policies and community guidelines.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to define safety tooling.
• Define and report on moderation KPIs.

Requirements

• Experienced in trust & safety or content moderation roles.
• Experienced leading high-performing teams.
• Proficient in using AI tools for moderation.
• Experienced with high-risk platforms or sensitive content.
• Deep understanding of online safety and moderation best practices.
