Strategy Operations - Senior Associate - Single Family - Remote

Overview

As a valued colleague on our team, you will assist in the strategic planning and execution function for the team in alignment with the Single-Family (SF) Business Unit strategic plans. You will support the coordination and engagement of the cross-functional strategic planning, roadmap development, engagement model development, evolution and implementation of the function and execution.

In Short

• Drive the implementation of strategic goals and vision for the Single-Family Operational Risk team.
• Oversee strategy development, strategic plan formulation, and execution of business objectives.
• Collaborate with your team and internal partners on unit's production, activities, and efforts.
• Support the day-to-day operations, including risk management strategic alignment.
• Build partnership with second and third line of defense partners.
• Develop or implement new processes and/or update existing processes.
• Foster inclusion, constructive challenge, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 2 years experience working in Risk Management or Strategy in a corporate environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience developing strategic plans and implementing them.
• Experience helping organizations to plan and manage change.
• Skilled in relationship management and engaging stakeholders.
• Ability to track, measure, and analyze data.
• Collaborative and team mindset.
