Requirements

• Law Degree and/or legally qualified.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Fluent in Portuguese, including legal terminology.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience with matter management systems.
• Legally eligible to work in the country of the role.
• Client relationship management experience.
• Desirable: Experience in telecommunications, financial services, or professional services.
