Requirements

• Law Degree and/or Legally Qualified.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
• Essential knowledge of contracts in Portuguese.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word.
• Experience with matter management systems.
• Client relationship management skills.
