Overview

As a Senior Financial Controller, you will play a central role in our Finance team, taking operational responsibility and focusing on data-driven decision-making to support the company's growth.

In Short

• Create monthly reports for stakeholders and shareholders.
• Manage the annual financial statements with an external accounting firm.
• Prepare business evaluations and assist in their creation.
• Support projects, especially the implementation of new financial systems.
• Engage actively in the daily operations of the Finance department.
• Communicate with tax advisors, banks, and other external service providers.
• Guide external consultants to optimize our financial processes.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements according to IFRS.
• Act as a sparring partner for management and support internal stakeholders as a Finance Business Partner.
• Collaborate closely with your team to further develop processes and establish best practices.
• Proactively drive special projects.
