Requirements

• Master’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in value-based care initiatives.
• Experience with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) preferred.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.

• Ability to work approximately 48 hours a week.
