In Short

• Key role in PMO and Supply Chain for an important aerospace project.
• Draft and distribute minutes (MoM), ensuring action follow-up.
• Send follow-up communications and ensure task compliance.
• Update tracking files weekly from data extracts.
• Prioritize and assign actions to stakeholders (Procurement, Engineering, Supply, etc.).
• Conduct Missing Parts analysis in SAP and define corrective actions.
• Facilitate weekly follow-up meetings, ensuring focus and results orientation.
• Define, report, and track KPIs for clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present weekly reports to clients.
• Document and present user stories to the Product Owner for data tool improvements.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in project management (supply, logistics, quality).
• Experience in the aerospace sector and supply chain (desirable).
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management experience.
• Knowledge in data visualization and KPI creation (Power BI or Looker Studio).
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and tracking.
• Operational knowledge of SAP.
• Experience in international projects (valued).
• French level B1/B2.
• English level B2-C1.
