In Short

• Perform manual data cleansing activities following defined survivorship logic and data quality rules.
• Identify and resolve duplicate records across multiple datasets and systems.
• Standardize names, addresses, and mandatory data fields according to established procedures.
• Work with data from Excel files and local databases related to “Shadow IT” environments.
• Structure, organize, and prepare legacy or fragmented data for migration activities.
• Perform cross-system reconciliation between different platforms and datasets.
• Compare CRM exports, SAP lists, and other data sources to identify discrepancies and data deltas.
• Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately and consistently.
• Follow global documentation and guidelines provided in English.

Requirements

• Strong experience with manual data cleansing and data quality processes.
• Experience handling data from multiple sources, including Excel files and local databases.
• Ability to perform cross-system reconciliation and discrepancy analysis.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
• Ability to follow SOPs and defined processes with precision.
• Good English communication and comprehension skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with structured and unstructured datasets.
