Overview

The Tier 2 Client Technical Representative will manage complex issues escalated from internal teams related to the Patient Access Curator suite of products, working with various stakeholders to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare management.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT.
  • Experience with EDI transactions and ANSI X12 message structure.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle frustrated customers with patience.
  • Flexibility to manage unforeseen situations.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Build relationships with clients and partners.
  • Availability for evening and weekend work when necessary.
