Overview

The Site Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of operations and projects by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and creating a safe space for engagement and collaboration.

In Short

  • Provide administrative assistance to team leaders and hiring managers.
  • Act as a liaison between Costa Rica-based teams and U.S. leadership.
  • Lead the planning and execution of Town Halls and engagement events.
  • Drive initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Manage the English language training program for employees.
  • Champion CSR initiatives and volunteer programs.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of employee asset requests.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Liaison between US hiring managers, vendors, and facilities team.
  • Facilitate scheduling and communication for the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Ability to facilitate and present in events with an audience greater than 100 people.
  • Ability to work with both local stakeholders and US counterparts.
  • Excellent organizational skills to track progress on multiple tasks.
