The Senior Director of Unemployment Cost Management will lead the Unemployment Management Delivery Service, being a trusted partner with a broad range of team members at all levels, driving improvements in unemployment claims processing and managing a large team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the unemployment industry.
• 8+ years of leadership experience in unemployment management.
• Experience in processing claims and managing unemployment hearings.
• Understanding of the SIDES program.
• Expertise in operational service delivery management.
• Strong partnering and influencing skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across various levels.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
