Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst at Experian, you will support the implementation of the ClaimSource revenue cycle management system, provide assistance for remittance payment processing, and analyze internal processes for improvement.

In Short

  • Support implementation teams with deployment of Experian's ClaimSource system.
  • Provide assistance to internal teams and clients for payment processing.
  • Analyze processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
  • Document and communicate technical solutions to stakeholders.
  • Estimate project scope and timelines.
  • Contribute to product documentation and training materials.
  • Build relationships with clients and teams.
  • Provide technical support including testing and troubleshooting.
  • Lead problem-solving on complex issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years in medical billing or revenue cycle.
  • Experience with claims lifecycle and healthcare regulations.
  • Experience with X12 Healthcare transactions (835 required).
  • Advanced analytical and project management skills.
  • Agile team experience.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups.
