Overview

The Business Solutions Analyst will contribute to Fraud and ID business solutions, ensuring quality standards are met while supporting various business processes and client needs.

• Contribute to business support related cases and problem management.
• Support Fraud and ID business solutions and ensure they meet client requirements.
• Communicate software changes and their impacts through presentations and documentation.
• Test and document client configurations.
• Provide accurate timelines and identify gaps in project plans.
• Design product features and suggest improvements.
• Identify gaps in business processes and data.
• Work with clients to interpret their needs into operational requirements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a customer-focused role.
• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in data extraction and analysis.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with technology and remote working tools.
• Experience in Fraud & ID solutions is a plus.
