In Short

• Manage end-to-end multi-country payroll processes in collaboration with external providers.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of salaries, social contributions, and legal obligations.
• Administer employee benefits programs (insurance, pension, mobility, etc.).
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments, and offboarding documentation.
• Advise managers and employees on labor law (Netherlands & Italy) and HR policies.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes (including visas/work permits where required).
• Maintain compliant and audit-ready employee documentation.
• Manage sickness and absence processes in line with local regulations.
• Act as the main point of contact for HR and payroll queries.

Requirements

• Experience in HR operations, particularly in payroll management.
• Knowledge of labor laws in the Netherlands and Italy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Experience with HR systems and data management.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
