Senior HR Ops Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team. Reporting to the Director of HR Operations, the successful candidate will be a core member of our HR team. Responsible for ensuring effective HR operation and experience for our employees from onboarding through to offboarding. In addition, will execute HR operations tasks and requirements across multiple jurisdictions utilizing several HR systems; Workday, ServiceNow, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Learning.

In Short

• Manage all onboarding of new employees including documentation, welcome and induction, and supporting managers.
• Ensure the best possible employee experience throughout their time at ESW.
• Host the HR induction in all our jurisdictions.
• Provide mentorship and support to managers and colleagues on general HR policy, process, and procedures.
• Become a subject matter expert on our Movers, Leavers and Joiners policy.
• Actively seek out areas to improve and streamline processes.
• Manage and maintain our HR Systems while continuously seeking improvements.
• Support the HR and Payroll functions with HR/Payroll/Benefits related projects.
• Manage and support all work permit visa requirements for employees.
• Partner closely with wider HR team to ensure effective HR operation.

Requirements

• 4-5 years’ work experience in a fast-paced HR Operations role.
• Experience with Workday – modules including HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, and Help.
• Good working knowledge of Spanish employment law.
• Qualification in HR or related field.
• Great teammate and proven ability to effectively partner.
• Good Excel skills and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excellent attention to detail required.
• Ability to engage with collaborators at all levels.
