Overview

The part-time Tier 1 Customer Support Agent is a remote-based part-time employee who is motivated to provide quick and effective service to worldwide participants in our online leadership development programs.

In Short

  • Support clients with tech, logistical, and other needs via email, chat, phone, and web-based tools.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues for a global set of users.
  • Escalate complex problems to appropriate internal team members.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of programs and technical products.
  • Monitor live online video conferencing events and provide immediate assistance.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of work experience, preferably with a SaaS company.
  • Professionalism to respond to high-level executives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, website backend, and help desk software.
  • Outstanding task management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish, French, or Japanese is highly valued.
