Our client is a global online TV streaming platform offering seamless access to hundreds of live channels across news, sports, entertainment, and more all from one simple interface. We are looking for a motivated and personable Inbound Sales Representative to join our remote team.

In Short

• First point of contact for prospective customers and partners.
• Respond to inbound inquiries via chat, email, phone, and contact forms.
• Understand customer needs and present suitable subscription packages.
• Guide users through the signup and onboarding process.
• Provide information on pricing, channel line-ups, and supported devices.
• Follow up with trial users and leads to drive conversions.
• Identify upsell opportunities and promote premium plans.
• Maintain CRM records and log communication with potential customers.
• Collaborate with support and technical teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Share customer insights to improve marketing messaging.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in inbound sales or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable explaining streaming services.
• Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
• Positive attitude and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
