Overview

The HR Manager will oversee various HR functions including employee onboarding, payroll management, compliance, and engagement activities specifically for the LATAM region. This role requires strong HR knowledge and the ability to implement effective HR practices.

In Short

  • Address employee queries and resolve grievances.
  • Conduct pre-boarding and onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Implement employee engagement activities and conduct feedback sessions.
  • Manage payroll and employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws in LATAM.
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures for HR functions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Train HR staff on compliance and best practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in HR Management Systems (HRMS).
  • Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration platforms.
  • Understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Data analysis skills using Excel or similar tools.
  • Experience in process documentation and SOP creation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.
  • Empathy and active listening skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing HR policies.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
