In Short

• Provide enrollment support for new PACE enrollees.
• Communicate pharmacy benefit information to network pharmacies.
• Coordinate facility discharges for medication reconciliation.
• Provide help desk support to network pharmacies.
• Educate PACE staff on pharmacy processes.
• Make outgoing calls to gather information for customer requests.
• Coordinate and set up couriers for medication delivery.
• Ensure timely delivery of medications to participants.
• Work Tuesday to Friday from 11:30 AM to 8 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience in healthcare preferred.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and other software.
• Strong patient-centered focus.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Understanding of clinical terms and impacts.
• Able to multi-task and handle multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Reliable and efficient.
