ALTA Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The ALTA Project Manager will oversee project management functions for ALTA surveying in Florida, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables while maintaining client communication and quality assurance.

In Short

• Lead and manage ALTA survey projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with Business Unit Leader to establish new projects.
• Maintain timely and accurate client communication.
• Act as the primary liaison between Field Operations and the drafting team.
• Attend weekly project meetings and track milestones using SurveySTARS.
• Perform final review and validation of survey data.
• Oversee QA/QC processes for high standards in deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project records and financial coordination.
• Ensure timely delivery of survey data to clients.
• Proactively identify and resolve project challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum Associate’s degree in Survey-related studies.
• 2+ years of project management experience in surveying.
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Florida preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD, Carlson OEM, Civil 3D, and Trimble Business Center.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Experience using cloud-based project management tools.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License required.
