Overview

EvoPlay is an international IT company and a leading developer of software products and comprehensive solutions for the gaming industry. Due to company expansion, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with proficiency in German. This specialist will work in the user support department of the company's contact center, responsible for remote interaction with users, providing consultations on technical and financial aspects of the product via phone and online chat.

In Short

  • Provide qualified consulting assistance on technical and financial aspects of products primarily via phone.
  • Familiarize users with the company's products, their features, and current promotions.
  • Interact with other departments to resolve user technical and financial issues.
  • Inform users about identified problems or errors on supported resources.
  • Work in a rotating schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off, alternating between day and night shifts.
  • Access to a self-learning library and paid courses.

  • High level of German language proficiency required.

Requirements

  • High level of oral and written German language skills.
  • PC proficiency.
  • Able to work with large amounts of information and willing to learn.
  • Good communication skills.

  • Experience in related fields is an advantage.
