Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist at Cision, you will develop a culture of Customer Excellence through timely and thorough handling of customer problems and issues, while answering product and service questions.

In Short

  • Provide high-quality customer support through various channels.
  • Listen attentively to customer queries and resolve issues.
  • Learn support tools and systems for effective problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain best practices.
  • Address customer questions about new products or services.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and reduce churn.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal.
  • Highly customer-focused and passionate about customer support.
  • Self-starter with an ownership mentality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a customer-interacting role.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Team player with strong work ethic.
  • Experience with JIRA/JSM is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite is required.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred.
