German-speaking Customer Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to assist with the structured rollout and user adoption of a specialized digital application in the public sector.

In Short

• Fully Remote position from Bulgaria.
• Work 28 to 40 hours per week.
• Core working hours are 9:00–18:00.
• Support German municipalities in digitizing their processes.
• Participate in onboarding in Germany.
• Help users understand the client’s software.
• Work with MS Office, Jira, and Confluence.
• German proficiency at C1 level or above required.

Requirements

• Education in business administration, management, or foreign languages.

• Basic IT affinity and ability to learn new systems quickly.
