Overview

This project involves a billing platform for processing electronic payments through various methods with high throughput. The main tasks focus on ensuring high service availability and secure payment processing. Our platform is PCI DSS certified and developed using modern technologies.

In Short

  • Support and develop long-term relationships with existing clients through regular communication.
  • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market and industry trends.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and propose suitable product solutions, including product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through quality support and timely resolution of their requests.
  • Increase revenue from existing clients through upsell and cross-sell.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (legal, marketing, product development) to ensure effective operations.
  • Monitor client engagement results, prepare analytics and regular reports for management.

Requirements

  • Experience as an Account Manager in the FinTech industry for at least 2 years.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to organize work independently and work autonomously.
  • English proficiency at least at Upper-Intermediate level.
