• Ability to create structured communication scripts and micro-content.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher) for script writing.
• Creative, flexible, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Requirements

• Create, test, and launch funnels in chatbots.
• Support scenario logic: onboarding, retention, winback, upsell.
• Integrate bots with CRM and other internal systems.
• Optimize and analyze the effectiveness of chat funnels.
• Work on gamification: writing scripts and coordinating visual content.
• Segment audiences and localize content.
• Return users to the bot through triggers and remarketing.
• A/B testing of scenarios and hypotheses.
• Collaboration with designers, copywriters, product teams, and retention teams.
