Requirements

• 3-5 years of agency experience, preferably in digital marketing.
• Proven track record in managing web design and development projects.
• Excellent listening skills to understand client needs.
• Good estimation skills and understanding of digital best practices.
• Comfortable with public speaking and presenting.
• Experience using CRM and project management software.
• Bilingual communication skills in French and English.
• Experience supervising others and selling to the US market.
