Overview

The Manager for Maternal, Neonatal, and Child Health will support the Accelerator pipeline of MNCH-related programs, operationalize new and existing programs, and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the global health domain.

In Short

  • Support the Accelerator pipeline of MNCH-related programs.
  • Conduct desk-based research on new programs.
  • Lead early implementation activities, including surveys and pilots.
  • Support fundraising for new programs.
  • Design program implementation strategies.
  • Provide technical and strategic leadership for new programs.
  • Develop and oversee work plans for program implementation.
  • Manage relationships with in-country program managers and directors.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders in the MNCH global health domain.
  • Collaborate with Evidence Action staff across various teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in global health or related fields.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to manage programs and relationships.
  • Experience in fundraising and proposal development.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of cost-effectiveness and monitoring and evaluation.
  • Experience in program implementation in low-resource settings.
  • Ability to travel as needed for program support.
