• Internship in Performance Marketing focusing on Paid Social and Google Ads
• Location: Berlin (hybrid) or fully remote within Germany
• Duration: 6-month internship starting in September
• Full-time position
• Support in ad upload and campaign management on Meta, Google Ads, and Pinterest
• Assisting in writing texts for ads and landing pages in German
• Conducting competitive analyses and contributing ideas for performance improvement
• Monitoring performance and creating reports on ad creatives and campaign results
• Staying updated on industry trends and platform updates
• Seeking proactive and detail-oriented individuals

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, performance advertising, or a related field (internships or freelance work)
• Strong attention to detail and quick comprehension
• Strong interest in digital marketing, especially performance channels and advertising
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or Pinterest Ads is a plus
• Fluent German (native or near-native) and good English skills
• Residence in Germany (preferably Berlin, but fully remote within Germany is also possible)
