  • Act as the first point of contact for customers in the operations team.
  • Handle customer inquiries via email regarding telemedicine services.
  • Communicate with partner doctors, pharmacies, and labs to resolve issues.
  • Identify recurring customer needs and relay insights to the product team.
  • Develop ideas to simplify internal processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Flexible working hours.

Requirements

  • Currently studying.
  • Communicate empathetically and clearly in German (C1) and English (B2).
  • Work independently, reliably, and solution-oriented.
  • Willingness to take on responsibility in a fast-growing startup.
  • Experience in customer support or healthcare is a plus but not required.
  • Genuine interest in people and enjoyment in solving problems.
