In Short

• Act as the dedicated marketing automation partner working closely with demand gen to understand campaign goals, timelines, and messaging needs.
• Use Marketing Cloud tools (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, etc.) to build and launch dynamic, multi-step journeys.
• Oversee the organization, maintenance, and optimization of marketing assets and templates within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Own the full campaign execution process from building HTML/CSS emails to scheduling and deployment.
• Track campaign performance across key metrics and deliver reports with actionable insights.
• Ensure email programs meet privacy regulations and maintain best practices for deliverability.
• Support cross-functional teams by sharing email marketing best practices.
• Build and optimize lead capture forms and ensure accurate data flows to CRM.
• Contribute to system and process improvements across marketing operations.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Comfort working with HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Strong grasp of email compliance and deliverability.
• Working experience of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• A data-driven mindset for metrics-driven decisions.
• Clear communicator and strong collaborator in fast-moving environments.
