Overview

The Medical Content and Review Specialist is responsible for managing the MLR process for a dedicated client, ensuring compliance and effective operation of the review process.

In Short

• Manage the end-to-end MLR process for healthcare marketing.
• Schedule and lead Review Committee meetings.
• Document meeting minutes and discussions.
• Ensure communications are properly vetted through the review process.
• Reject incomplete submissions and ensure materials are review ready.
• Support medical content development and project plans.
• Assist in FDA submissions and regulatory reviews.
• Provide project management support for key initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with internal and external policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Graduates in any Life Sciences / Biomedical field.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical settings.
• Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats / MedComms.
• Background in Scientific Writing / Reviewing / MLR.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent customer service skills.
