Solar System Designer - Remote

Overview

Everlight Solar is seeking a skilled, data-minded individual to fill the role of Solar System Designer. Get started with our amazing, “easy learning,” full-time training program, no experience required. Our system designers and assistants oversee and coordinate the entire process for company projects, assisting customers, team members, and contractors, ensuring that each project is completed in a timely manner with high-quality results. This is a full-time, remote position.

In Short

• Design solar panel systems tailored to each customer
• Data entry
• Generate reports for the sales team
• Be available when sales team is running appointments
• Oversee CAD process
• Manage multiple projects through all phases
• Serve as a liaison between technicians, management, and customers
• Handle inquiries, questions, and complaints
• Complete projects on time
• Review completed plans for accuracy

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workloads
• Good judgment and foresight
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive team player
• Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with Apple software
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and ownership
• Ability to collaborate closely with team members
• Prepare timely and accurate paperwork
