Gaming Device Technician - Remote

Overview

As a Gaming Device Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing gaming devices on the casino premises while providing excellent customer support.

In Short

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all gaming devices.
• Provide technical support to customers on system equipment.
• Assist with diagnosing mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and installation of equipment.
• Work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Travel as needed for job responsibilities.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to move heavy equipment.
• Gaming License assistance provided upon hiring.
• 1+ years of technician experience is a plus.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Gaming License in multiple states.
• Flexibility to work overtime and travel.
• Experience in troubleshooting and mechanical backgrounds preferred.
• Understanding of MS Office Suite products.
