Overview

Join Everi as a Field Service Technician, where you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the installation and maintenance of Cash Redemption Terminal (CRT) machines across Australia.

In Short

• Work with a team of Field Service Technicians and external contractors.
• Act as the technical interface with customers.
• Coordinate and perform product installations and maintenance.
• Respond to service requests via email and phone.
• Monitor equipment performance and provide feedback.
• Support assigned service contractors in your region.
• Travel locally and regionally as required.
• Work on a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends.
• Maintain professional presentation and communication skills.
• Follow Work Health and Safety standards.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's Licence is required.
• 3 years of field service experience.
• Good understanding of electro-mechanical systems.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Previous gaming industry experience is an advantage.
