Field Service Technician - Remote

Overview

We’re on the lookout for a skilled Field Service Technician to help keep our gaming systems running smoothly at client locations. If you have a passion for gaming technology, enjoy solving technical challenges, and love interacting with people, this is the role for you!

In Short

• Deploy and configure gaming systems at various client sites.
• Diagnose and fix hardware/software issues related to bingo servers and POS systems.
• Provide on-site training to clients on system usage and maintenance.
• Keep detailed service records of repairs and updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams for issue escalation and product improvements.
• Manage server components and equipment for gaming systems.
• Handle transaction systems and back-end functions.
• Assist players with gaming devices from handsets to tablets.
• Willingness to travel frequently for service calls.
• Work in dynamic environments like gaming floors.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; technical certifications in electronics, IT, or networking are a plus.
• Previous experience as a Field Technician preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment.
• Strong communication skills to explain tech concepts clearly.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
