BI Developer II - Remote

Overview

Everi is seeking a skilled and experienced BI Developer to join our Game Data team. We are looking for someone passionate about adding business value through data analytics.

In Short

• Design and develop dynamic, interactive, and visually appealing data apps using Tableau, Plotly Dash, or similar data visualization tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their reporting requirements and create dashboards that effectively communicate insights and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Utilize SQL or Python to combine data from fact tables and create data objects with sounding business logic, to identify patterns and create meaningful KPIs.
• Conduct thorough data exploration to extract insights to guide future business decisions and strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute hypothesis testing.
• Evaluate and provide actionable recommendations based on the outcome.
• Utilize version control tools (e.g., Git) to maintain a structured and organized workflow.
• Apply forecasting techniques to identify patterns, seasonality, and trends in time-series data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline preferred.
• Proven experience as a BI Developer or similar role, focusing on dashboard creation and data visualization.
• Expert knowledge of Tableau, Plotly Dash, or other data visualization tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of statistical analysis and AB testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of forecasting techniques such as SARIMA.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.
