Technical Support Engineer (Norwegian Speaking) - Remote

Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer at Everbridge, you will leverage your technical skills to support mission-critical systems that protect lives and support communities during critical events.

In Short

• Provide high-level technical support to Norwegian customers.
• Manage and resolve incidents and support tickets according to defined SLAs.
• Proactively monitor system performance and identify issues.
• Coordinate software upgrades and installations in a Linux environment.
• Deliver training sessions to clients as needed.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams for system improvements.
• Report on progress to management.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Unix/Linux environments.
• Knowledge of IP configuration, VPNs, routing, and databases.
• Fluent in Norwegian (verbal and written).
• Experience with telecom networks (2G–5G) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Cisco routers/switches and AWS/cloud services.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Linux+, Cisco) are a bonus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
