Senior Technical Program Manager, Atlassian Systems - Remote

Overview

Everbridge is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager, Atlassian Systems to drive strategic initiatives and administer our Atlassian system. This hybrid role blends technical experience in Atlassian administration (50%) with program management/operations (50%). Your scripting expertise and curiosity drive you to excel and thrive in handling various Atlassian administration scenarios.

In Short

• Collaborate and build relationships across the organization.
• Work hands-on with all teams and leadership to optimize cross-functional team processes.
• Be the subject matter expert for Jira and Confluence (cloud).
• Manage all aspects of Atlassian tooling.
• Understand stakeholder use cases and optimize workflows.
• Build and maintain custom integrations with 3rd party applications.
• Troubleshoot user reported issues with Atlassian.
• Create and maintain documentation on internal Atlassian product configurations.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a seasoned Jira user or Atlassian administrator.
• At least 3+ years experience managing complex programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical role.
• Strong scripting experience with APIs and Atlassian tools.
• Experience with Python, SQL, and REST APIs.
• Strong background in Agile Scrum and various Agile methodologies.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently.
• Ability to anticipate challenges and implement solutions.
