Sr. Systems Engineer - Remote

Overview

This role is anticipated to be fully remote but may require travel. The Sr. Systems Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex IT systems and infrastructure that support mission-critical government operations.

In Short

• Manage and track technical program requirements.
• Support requirements reviews and development reviews.
• Act as a liaison between user groups and test teams.
• Execute system engineering tasks and ensure functionality.
• Contribute to deliverables such as use cases and requirements documentation.
• Provide program plan development assistance.
• Oversee technical project deliverables and communicate statuses.
• Support briefing development in meetings.
• Provide general program management support.

Requirements

• Prior DoD and/or military experience is preferred.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering or similar role.
• Familiarity with requirements analysis and quality assurance.
• Strong technical review skills.
• Proven experience as a Systems Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization and cloud services.
• Knowledge of security protocols and best practices.
