Overview

This role is fully remote but will require frequent travel (up to 50% or more) to support training and curriculum development for the Department of Defense.

In Short

  • Conduct approximately 30 site visits per year across the U.S., including Guam and Puerto Rico.
  • Facilitate training workshops for program directors and instructors.
  • Review and assess lesson plans for educational relevance.
  • Support the development of an annual program effectiveness report.
  • Assist in strategic communications and outreach.
  • Contribute to best practices and performance enhancement strategies.
  • Support expansion of afterschool and outreach programs.
  • Maintain knowledge of DoD regulations and educational standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Public Policy, STEM, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program evaluation or curriculum support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of DoD policies and educational standards.
  • Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Strong technical review skills.
  • Preferred experience in improving client program information sharing.
