Dynamics 365 CRM Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Dynamics 365 CRM Engineer, you will help us run, operate and orchestrate daily CRM needs for the stakeholders of Eurowings Digital GmbH. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing the CRM system, as well as integrating it with other applications and data sources.

• Act as a technical counterpart to the Growth Team, translating business requirements into technical concepts.
• Develop, maintain and enhance the CRM system.
• Integrate CRM with other applications and data sources.
• Design and implement new features and integrations.
• Provide technical support to CRM users and business analysts.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues.
• Document CRM processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Ensure data quality and compliance with regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest CRM trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Core skills in customizing Dynamics 365 CRM, .NET, CRM SDK, JavaScript, Typescript, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Strong knowledge of CRM functionalities and workflows.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL.
• Experience with Azure services.
• Experience in integrating CRM with other systems using APIs.
• Experience in agile methodologies.
