• Full-time remote position for a Special Investigations Unit (SIU) Specialist.
• Manage claim investigations in personal lines: property and casualty insurance claims.

• Conduct and manage SIU investigations ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Analyze investigative findings to identify potential fraud indicators.
• Maintain detailed documentation and reports for investigative activities.
• Collaborate with claims adjusters, legal teams, and law enforcement.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience managing claims investigations required.
• Experience with auto-liability, property casualty, liability, disability, and worker's compensation files.
• Preferred experience within an insurance carrier or third-party administrator's SIU department.
• Adjuster's license or Private Investigator's license (preferred).
• FCLA, FCLS or equivalent designations (preferred).
