Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Design experience
• 2+ years at a venture-funded startup
• Experience in a high-velocity, experiment-driven environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills
• Ability to articulate design decisions
• Experience leading projects end-to-end
• Understanding of design processes
• Ability to measure impact on business
• Experience launching 0-1 products
• Willingness to come into San Francisco once a week if local
