Senior/Staff Security Engineer - Remote

We are looking for a Senior/Staff Security Engineer to join us on this exciting journey, ensuring the security and resilience of our platform as we continue to grow.

In Short

• Design, develop, and implement security architectures for on-chain and off-chain components.
• Identify and mitigate risks through threat modeling and vulnerability assessments.
• Lead incident response efforts and coordinate with internal and external teams.
• Conduct regular penetration testing and forensic investigations.
• Develop security tools and automation scripts for security operations.
• Integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle.
• Stay updated on emerging security trends and technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in security engineering or DevSecOps.
• Proficiency in designing security architectures for cloud-based systems.
• Experience in intrusion detection and leading security incident response.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and risk management.
• Ability to communicate security requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Expertise in Threat Detection and Response, and Endpoint Security is desirable.
• Experience with crypto/web3 technologies is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, Sec+, or similar are a plus.
