Senior QA Engineer - Remote

We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our leading Innovation team!

In Short

• Test new and existing features to ensure their best quality.
• Design, implement, and monitor automated test scripts using C# and Playwright.
• Create automated test suites for regression, integration, and E2E testing.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Mentor junior QA engineers in best practices and automation techniques.
• Conduct performance, compatibility, and usability testing.
• Identify and document defects/bugs with detailed reports.
• Use AI tools to improve testing efficiency.
• Participate in the development and integration of CI/CD pipelines.
• This is a remote freelance position.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• 5+ years QA experience, with at least 2 years in test automation.
• Strong skills in C# / Java, and Playwright / Selenium / Cypress.
• CI/CD integration experience with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, or Jenkins.
• Experience with REST API testing and data-driven testing approaches.
• Comfortable mentoring junior testers and performing code reviews.
• Knowledge of Jira, Monday or similar.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Team player.
