Overview

Esri Canada has an exceptional opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to join our AEC Department. This role is primarily dedicated to clients in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction sectors, helping them maximize their return on investment in GIS technology.

In Short

• Establish trusted relationships with customers.
• Develop a Customer Success Strategy.
• Identify software feature enhancement requests.
• Promote the best use of GIS within organizations.
• Support account teams in documentation and proposals.
• Drive renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain customer intelligence in Salesforce.
• Coordinate client success events.
• Support technical proposal development.
• Work with standard industry products like AutoCAD and Revit.

Requirements

• University Degree or College Diploma in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of GIS integration in AEC workflows.
• Prior experience in customer/account management.
• Minimum 5 years in AEC or GIS consulting.
• Experience with Esri software offerings.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
