Senior Counsel, Immigration - Remote

Overview

The Senior Counsel position will be an integral part of the Disney Legal Immigration and Minors department, advising on immigration matters and managing outside counsel.

In Short

• Evaluate employment-based immigration cases.
• Draft and review NIV and IV cases.
• Research immigration laws and policies.
• Provide immigration compliance advice.
• Coordinate with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

• Must be located in Burbank, CA.
• Provide legal counsel on immigration issues.

Requirements

• At least five years of legal experience.
• Experience with NIV and IV cases.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Team-oriented with interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex legal issues.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Experience with I-9 Compliance preferred.
• JD or equivalent required.
• Membership in the California State Bar preferred.
