Jr. Analyst, Contract Administration - Remote

Overview

The Jr. Analyst, Contract Administration will assist the Design and Construction Sourcing team with their contract administration and support the wider Sourcing team to maximize value.

In Short

• Assist with contract administration for the Design and Construction Sourcing team.
• Review COI requirements for new contracts.
• Maintain a digital library of COIs and monitor expiration dates.
• Research supplier payment queries and address payment-related questions.
• Draft amendments and change orders based on project instructions.
• Monitor Docusign completions for supplier payments.
• Enter and maintain contract records in Coupa.
• Close out SAP POs and change orders upon project completion.
• Approve requisitions for funding purchase orders.
• Track change orders and identify fully executed agreements.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced level of English.
• Good communication skills.
• Self-starter with customer service skills.
• Attention to detail.
