The Analyst - Advanced Analytics & BI role focuses on delivering customer experiences through data-driven insights and business intelligence for marketing campaigns.

In Short

• Develop analyses and predictive models using Machine Learning algorithms.
• Create self-service tools and dashboards using Snowflake, Dataiku, and Tableau.
• Conduct statistical experiments to measure audience efficiency.
• Mine insights from first- and third-party data.
• Build data pipelines for actionable dashboards and reports.
• Maintain partnerships with business partners for intelligence implementation.
• Use Jira for work tracking and communication.
• Communicate technical insights to non-technical partners.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 2+ years in business intelligence technologies and methodologies.
• 2+ years using Python or R for predictive modeling and statistical testing.
• Experience with Machine Learning algorithms and statistical methods.
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
